When the original Phantasm was released in 1979 it became something of a cult film (then again so did Plan 9 From Outer Space). Phantasms 2 & 3 follow on from the original as the Tall Man (Angus Scrimm) continues to turn corpses into dwarf slaves while pursuing Mike (Michael Baldwin) without ever really explaining why.
