This pedestrian sequel to John McTiernan's jungle-set Predator sees another intergalactic warrior on a hunting mission, this time stalking its prey on an urban battleground. Yet this over-egged future-vision of 1997 LA is just one of several reasons why Predator 2 is blown away by the simplicity of Arnie's original gung-ho romp.
