Chibi (doll) anime is a strange thing, but if your bag is bizarre gothic mannequins battling to become perfect humans, Rozen Maiden is for you. Across the six episodes, the characters evolve with surprising depth, although the story really doesn’t make much sense – and the lack of extras only reinforces the confusion.
