Daft and fun sequel is as shallow as the first gangster flick in this franchise

Two words: exploding clowns. That pretty much sums up this nuts non-sequel.

It looks cool. It’s impenetrably daft, featuring Vinnie Jones as a maverick brain-surgeon assassin.

Fun extras are the disc’s ace; at least the crew were having a good time.
