Cartman and co get sicker and more epic as war between Canada and the USA breaks out, while Satan and Saddam Hussein finalise their plans for creating Hell on earth. Issues like censorship, parental responsibility and army racism are nestled between the gross-out gags, but this doesn't prevent South Park being one of the funniest animated movies yet made.
DVD Extras:
Music video, trailers. If the naughtiness of swear words could be used as a measure of DVD quality, then this disc would be more of a mere "cockmaster" than a full-blown "donkey-raping shit-eater". Given the deliberately crappy animation, most of the film (bar the Heaven and Hell sequences) doesn't benefit much from the digital boost. Although it is nice having Uncle Fucka blare out at you in Surround.
