Madagascar, Happy Feet, March Of The Penguins: Hollywood can’t stop p-p-p-picking up penguins. Surf’s Up hangs 10 with the tuxedoed birds, sticking them on surfboards in a fun family flick. The trite story about Cody (Shia LaBeouf) training for a big surf-off is balanced by top-notch voice acting: Jeff Bridges doing the Dude version of Pingu and James Woods as an otter with Don King hair.
