At the beginning of his soothing and edifying commentary, director Tim Story points out that this hi-amped re-tool of Luc Besson's Taxi shouldn't be taken seriously. Good job, because so ludicrous are the characterisation, stunts and script that a spade-load of salt is mandatory for a film that's best viewed as a mildly amusing in-flight time-waster. Comedian Jimmy Fallon makes his lead debut as a New York plod who's devoted to the law but a useless driver. Relieved of his licence, Fallon buddies up with a sassy, speed-demon cabbie (Queen Latifah) and together the squabbling duo go on the trail of a gang of models-turned-bank-robbers led by Gisele Bündchen.
