A gap-toothed Dick Dastardly, Terry-Thomas was the British screen’s finest scene-stealing rogue. He’s only just in some of the films here but he always boots a movie up a notch. He’s a supporting character in the original School For Scoundrels but still nearly swipes the picture from the lead players. The films where he gets a leading role are strangely the weakest, but T-T is always a comic genius.
