OrIgInally shot In 2007, this alternately drowsy and harrowing ensemble drama has been saved from oblivion thanks to the inclusion of Kristen Stewart. The very young-looking Twilight star plays Georgia, a big-hearted, small-town teen stricken with both a rare degenerative illness and a big complicated family attempting to come to grips with their tragic circumstances. Directed by ’80s actress Mary Stuart Masterson, this is earnest, surprisingly funny and oddly uplifting. You will need several boxes of tissues and a handful of anti-depressants to get through it, though.
