Only losing a star thanks to Cyndi Lauper's horrific hair, Richard Donner's mini-Indy finally makes the transition to DVD. Whether producer Steven Spielberg lent a Poltergeist-style helping hand or not, this is still classic, a delightful, adventuresome tale of never-say-die kids out on a quest after finding a treasure map. Piss off, Potter - the daddy is back.

A beardless 'Berg! The `Octopus' deleted scene! The revelation that Michael Jackson was a regular visitor to the set! (No comment...) Best, though, is the cast reunion visual and audio commentary. Are the other Goonies jealous of Sean Astin's Lord Of The Rings experience? Will you still fancy the girl who gets together with Josh Brolin at the end?
