A beautiful stranger disrupts a corporate high-flyer’s life in this erotic thriller, which has a decidedly male gaze and a rather misogynistic bent – women are there for blame, seduction and not much else. Disappointing, coming as it does from a female writer-director. Plenty of mindless sex, but don’t expect ‘clever’.
