When seven self-absorbed strangers check into a remote retreat to “find their inner truths”, nothing – not even a murder – is going to interrupt their Big Brother-style psycho-babbling and shagging. And while the resulting genre-bending Truth is clearly overlong, unfocused and pretentious, the movie still emerges as a pretty well-acted character piece.
