Given that even the Saw franchise has succumbed to a suitably slow death, there can’t be much mileage left in torture-porn horror; a fact made clear in this low-budget South African effort.
Its sorry serial-sadist spiel offers little we haven’t seen (done better) before or that warrants revisiting again.
