Something of a cowa-bungle, this CGmotored Turtles ’tooner is sunk by substandard SFX, half-arsed voice-overs and an uninspired storyline (ancient monsters, time portals, blah blah blah). Despite reigniting flickers of nostalgia, TMNT is clearly not meant for dudes over 11.
