Possibly misnamed to cash in on the cult success of the superior Tokyo Gore Police, this not-very-gory action movie plays out like a less lethal (and therefore less impressive) Battle Royale, as students fight each other for points.
The parkour-ish chase scenes impress the most, but otherwise it’s half-hearted.
