Stone's favourite themes - loyalty, honour, the relationship of men and their fathers or father figures - are scrawled across a blocky and unsubtle film that nevertheless crackles with raw power. Michael Douglas' Oscar-winning Gordon Gekko stands out, but this is far from a one-trick movie.

New interviews with Stone, Douglas, Sheens Martin and Charlie give a fresh perspective on the film. Take the scene where Bud Fox (Charlie Sheen) visits his dad (Martin Sheen) in the hospital after he's had a heartattack. Sheen Jr blubbed uncontrollably filming that because he couldn't shake the image of visiting his dad in hospital after his collapse on the set of Apocalypse Now...
