Victorian Sherlock Holmes gangster film? Should be interesting to find out! Not sure about Jude Law and Robert Downey Jr as the detective duo. Usually played by older actors but I would like to see what happens with the two of them.

Hmmmm, wasn't impressed by the trailer. As Grandia says not sure about the main actors. Downeys accent and actings a bit s**te. I kinda expected Guy Ritchie to go darker what with Holmes's drug addiction and all.

I am looking forward to hear/see more about this project. I did not really trust Guy Ritchie's taste in movie making for this one but by the look of the trailer he has picked the right way to introduce Sherlock to the modern movie lovers. The older actors wouldn't had done the right job in this Action/Crime. Imagine a fat silver hair Dr Watson knocking down doors and pulling out guns. It just wouldn't seem right to me. Even though it is named Sherlock Holmes for some reason I read 'James Bond' between the lines. Never the less it is an interesting s**t when you look at the whole picture. This film definatly has future if done right. I am just hoping Ritchie will have the pair to pull this to the other side, not just stopped in the middle to make it half of drama, half of action, half of nothing... fingers crossed >.

Mr Miyagi say: Curiosity killed the cat. But real detective knows curiosity kill nothing. Detective know probably dog. Or fish bone.

I absolutly enjoyed this film, it has all the best bits of Guy in it. One of Robert Downey Jr's best films since Chaplin, Jude law makes a pretty good side kick also. thoroughly enjoyed this film cant wait for the sequel :)
