The second season of the redux of Terry Nation’s post-apocalyptic saga gets a swift, but bare bones release (no extras disc, unlike season one). It’s a glossy production and Max Beesley is still the best thing in it, but the subplot about the importance of coal mining is bonkers: why not just burn trees?
